Names Like: Landry, Lyons & White Co., Stearns & Yerrall Realtors, Edmund G. Woods Co., Molta Real Estate, Inc. and Carlson GMAC Real Estate. Where are these companies now? In 2009, Robert Molta acquired the Carlson GMAC organization from GMAC. Today the company is the fastest growing company in Western Massachusetts. As a long time industry veteran Robert Molta has owned and operated top local real estate companies including Coldwell Banker Keenan & Molta Associates, Inc. (the second largest company in Western Mass from 1988 – 2002). He has also served as the Regional Vice President in New England for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage through 2008 and was past president of our local Real Estate Association in 2003.
